In total, they exhibited 11 short films by 14 directors and directors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EMERGENTE BC is a program generated by the Baja California Film Commission in collaboration with the CECUT Cineteca, to exhibit the works of schools with specific enrollment on audiovisual and\/or related production, in order to encourage local talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The screened titles were \u201cEzfrenia\u201d directed by Bryan Soto R\u00edos, \u201cNews from the war\u201d by Brandon Aldair Medina Dennis, \u201cLa Nota\u201d by Victoria Carolina Ortega Contreras and Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Covarrubias Cuautle, \u201cI'm not sure where to start\u201d by Juan Manuel Charles Reynoso, \u201cCuerda pagana\u201d by Manuel Iv\u00e1n Castillo Aguilar, \u201cCr\u00f3nica: Temporada de Calabazas\u201d by Cristian Isaac Villalobos Castillo, \u201cContraste y brillo\u201d by Efr\u00e9n Fabi\u00e1n Verdugo Cortez, \u201cT\u00fa, Yo y Ella\u201d by Kimberly Camila Solano Acosta, \u201cFeliz Cumplea\u00f1os\u201d by Luis Alonso Gonz\u00e1lez Montes, \u201cSobre-pensando\u201d by Andr\u00e9 Aceretto and Juan Mancilla, and \u201cD\u00eda uno\u201d directed by Jes\u00fas Alejandro Rodr\u00edguez Saucedo and Juan Sebasti\u00e1n Hern\u00e1ndez Jim\u00e9nez, as reported by Javier Espinoza, Baja Film Commissioner of the SEI, responsible for the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding the exhibition, Enrique Mart\u00ednez Apodada, the Rally Coordinator commented: \u201cEmergente BC was the perfect and necessary space for this rally that has been organized for more than 7 years at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the UABC. This is the first time that shorts made at this event are projected on a screen like the one at the CECUT\u2019s Cineteca, and I think there is no better way to see the projects than this, in community and in such a beautiful and important space.
