{"id":4509,"date":"2022-02-28T11:00:08","date_gmt":"2022-02-28T19:00:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bajafilmcommission.com\/?p=4509"},"modified":"2026-03-04T11:15:48","modified_gmt":"2026-03-04T19:15:48","slug":"exhiben-cortometrajes-estudiantiles-de-cut-universidad-de-tijuana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bajafilmcommission.com\/en\/exhiben-cortometrajes-estudiantiles-de-cut-universidad-de-tijuana\/","title":{"rendered":"FILM STUDENTS FROM CUT UNIVERSIDAD DE TIJUANA PRESENT THEIR SHORT FILMS"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>12 short films of genres such as animation, fiction and documentary were programmed.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the \u201cEmergente BC\u201d a program proposed by the Ministry of Economy and Innovation through the Baja Film Commission, the exhibition of short films by CUT University of Tijuana students was held at the Cineteca Carlos Monsiv\u00e1is facilities, with which inaugurates the cycle of university audiovisual exhibitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 10 directors exhibited 12 short films corresponding to class exercises and projects exhibited at festivals, from diverse genres such as animation, fiction and documentary. Arlo Aceves and Eduardo Villa presented two short films each; Aceves exhibited \u201cInexistir\u201d and \u201cPlu\u201d; and Villa, \u201cAzul Ac\u00fastico\u201d and La Tinta Roja\u201d, respectively. Also, \u201cLos Ojos Ocultos\u201d by Delilah Vianey \u00c1vila; \u201cMinutos Eternos\u201d by Annaric Razo; \u201cAyer en la Noche\u201d by Ximena Escalante; \u201cCenizas de Mar\u201d by Ren\u00e9e Czarina; \u201cCruz de Navajas\u201d by Mar\u00eda Fernanda Osuna; \u201cNuestro Lugar Seguro\u201d by Andrea Falc\u00f3n; \u201cSer en la Nada\u201d by Sergio Stabinsky; and \u201cLas Aventuras de Roger\u201d by Hugo de la Parra; all students of the Film and Audiovisual Production Degree in the seventh, eighth and eleventh quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>About the exhibition, Alejandro Gonz\u00e1lez Garc\u00eda, School Coordinator, commented: \"we thank the Cineteca for the space to share the work of the student body, the Baja Film Commission for the management to make it possible, our University for the support unconditional support that has allowed us to continuously grow as an academic program, to the creators who continue to show that the future of cinema is guaranteed, and to the friends, family and other collaborators behind that effort\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Cineteca Carlos Monsiv\u00e1is will include a monthly space for exhibitions of university works, and will be coordinated by the Cinematography Commission. In 2019, the first sessions of this activity were held, with the Mamut Brewery as its headquarters, with works by students from the University of the Californias (UDCI), the Ibero-American University, the University of Advanced Technologies (UNIAT), the CUT University and the Autonomous University of Baja California (UABC), which will repeat for the cycle indicated for March.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se programaron 12 cortometrajes de g\u00e9neros como animaci\u00f3n, ficci\u00f3n y documental.
